Received a call from a client asking me to look over a possible lease offered to him by one of the large players in the Marcellus Play in PA. Land is in Washington Co., minerals only.
He was offered only a 1/8 royalty. My assumption is that this is much too low. Just want to confirm what royalty offers are currently running in this area.
