Does anyone have any idea of what leases are like in or near Township 149N Range 100 or maybe know where I could go to find out? Maybe what types of bonuses people are being offered? Thank you.
If you are being offered a lease, you may already be in a unit capable of production and unleased acres are being cleaned up that were unleased prior to drilling. If so, the options available to you can go beyond standard leasing options. Look into the options you have. It may increase the the proven value of your acreage 6 fold or more in this area.
You may be able to deal directly with some of the best operators in the area.
Thank you for the reponse Gary. There are presently 3 producing wells and 4 in the process of being drilled. I am in the process of getting the tile into my name which should be completed in the next few weeks. I guess I need to do some serious research before I have to make any decisions.

5 wells drilled in the 4-9 spacing and 1 well in the 3-10 spacing. The area is HBP and I haven't heard much leasing information for the area because it mostly lease and producing. When i last did hear, $4,000 per acre was not out of line. With six wells already drilled and non-consent as a club behind your back, I would be willing to push the negotiations pretty hard and might be happier if my terms were not met.
