WHAT IS THE GOING RATE FOR A LEASE WITH 1/4 ROYALTY?? PRICE PER ACRE??

Section 30 was recently pooled for $450/acre & 1/4th royalty.

I participated in that well and it isn't a "great one".

Have you been approached in regard to leasing? i don't see that there has ever been a well in this section.

Yes we have been approached recently by several. I would like to know the lease rates in the area
