What is the going rate for a lease with 1/4 royalty? Price per acre?
Section 29-8N-6W.
Section 30 was recently pooled for $450/acre and 1/4th royalty.
I participated in that well and it isn’t a “great one”.
Have you been approached in regard to leasing? I don’t see that there has ever been a well in this section.
