We just received an offer to lease our property in McMullen County from Bluestone. Their first offer is low at $200.00 per acre. Has anybody have any updated lease rates?

My family leased our land in McMullen County to EOG Resources. They paid us $750 per net mineral acre for 3 years and then had the option for 3 more years when they paid us again the same amount. This was called a bonus. We were also paid for the survey which was $250 total.

I just received a lease offer for the SE corner of Survey 63, A-42 of the "La Campana" Ranch, in McMullen Cty. The Bonus offer is $250 per nma. Where is your property located?
