Does anyone have any knowledge of recent leasing rates (royalty percentages, bonus and option payments? in or around 9N/58W?
I was given an offer nearby for $100, 125% on renewal, 16.66 royalties, 4/4. Have you gotten any offers? Seems low, but noone is drilling. I would like to particularly cut the time and up the royalties.
What have you been offered?
7N 61W, but that was a year ago. We let the offer go. I have no idea about now.
