Does anyone know the lease bonus rates for Bethel Township in Monroe County? Or the nearby townships?
I just received on 2/27/22 an oil and gas lease offer letter on behalf of SWN Production offering $1000 per net mineral acre signing bonus or $150 flat rate for some (I’m assuming very very small) parcels we own mineral rights to in Township of Adams, Monroe County, OH. Term 1 year with nine annual options to renew and 16% royalty. No details in this letter of what NMA I actually own, but I called them to get more information. Am thinking this is a rock bottom offer, but have no experience with OH mineral leases. Any help including online map resources would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Don
