Does anyone know the going rate per acre section 6 Township 6 North range 10 West I am new to this taking care of things for elderly parents any help would be greatly appreciated
There has not been any active leasing in that whole township in the last 999 days. The last pooling was in section 27 in 2018 for $300 3/16 or $100 22% and $0 /1/4th. That is on a particular structure and not close to section 6.
