Hello all, We have a lease with Nine Point in Eightmile field. Noticed on the NDIC docket that Oasis is petitioning to drill in our section. How does this work if you are leased already? Does Oasis have to honor our lease for royalties? Thanks for any info~
That situation is very common. You can lease with anyone. The operator has to abide by the lease as filed.
