I have received an offer of $600 per acre from Turner Oil. Some of my family has received an offer of $1200 an acre from another company.
That is quite a difference. I am not so sure that I trust the $1200 offer. (It seems too good to be true.)
What is the going rate in this area and is anyone drilling nearby?
