What’s the current rates being paid for leases or sales in or around Section 6 and 5 Block 36 Township 4 North? We have offers for both parcels. Any advice would be helpful……
Can’t comment on prices, but be aware that there is increased horizontal permitting around you and don’t be too quick to sell.
