I have an aunt that owns some mineral interest in Sections 34 and 38 of Block 37, Township 1N, TP Ry. Co. Survey in Martin County, Texas. Does anyone have any information about what minerals in that immediate area are currently leasing for in terms of bonus and royalty? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
I have minerals just north and east of Stanton about the same distance that your minerals are north and west of Stanton. A large independent just sent me an offer for $10,000 per net mineral acre, 25%, 3 year no kicker. Good luck.
