I have been contacted by Fredonia with a lease offer of $750 bonus for 3yr paid up lease and 2 yrs at $400 with a royalty rate of 20%. Can anyone advise if this is a good offer? Or any changes you would suggest.
Get an attorney to help with the negotiations. Several are listed in the Directories tab above. Most folks would want 25% royalty and no 2 year option. The initial lease will most likely not be in your favor and needs significant edits. Getting professional help is an investment in your future.
