Hello, my brother, cousins, and I own mineral acreage in the west one-half of Block OW, Section 86 in Pecos County. We would like to connect with other mineral rights owners in this block regarding lease offers you are receiving.
We have had offers of $8000/mineral acre, 25% royalty, on much smaller acreage in Winkler County - am seeing range of $1500-6000/mineral acre in this forum for various locations in Pecos County in this forum, however. Am not sure what (need for horizontal drilling?) is causing this difference.
