It would depend upon where in the township you are. I have seen offers from $200 3/16ths in the northern part to $450-500 3/16ths and $350 1/5th in the southern part. To lease.

It depends upon whether it is a vertical well on 80 ac spacing in a conventional reservoir or a deeper shale well at 640 ac spacing.
