Hello All,

Thanks to this community for the support to all the mineral owners out in the wilderness!

For the sake of sharing info with others and receiving any helpful input, I wanted to post the offers we have received recently. First one is from Drake for our 30 NMAs in Anderson County, TX (A- 466, John Kyle) $450/ac and 20% RI. The second one is from Roaring Fork for our 41 NMAs in Harrison County, TX (A-770, Weir) $1,200/ac and 20% RI. He said they are drilling close by. Any feedback? Also, does anyone have a recommendation for an attorney in the Northeast Texas area?
