Any news for this area and what is a fair deal?
I haven’t seen any leases posted this year for Township 9 North-Range 9 West but my info is several weeks old for Caddo County. (We have rights in Section 34 about 4 miles south of yours.)
A 5 year lease concerns me. Also I’m not usually one to lease early and instead take the chance on losing out on the lease bonus if interest further drops.

Some, but I have not seen production numbers yet. Section 33 was a dry hole. Sheridan drilled a couple both sides of the south Township line. Couple more in Township 10 North-Range 10 West. Everything else seems to be 10 miles or more out from us.
