We were contacted yesterday by a landman with RK Pinson and Associates interested in leasing our minerals in Custer County 36-13-18. His offer was only $200/acre with a 3/16, 3-year term. This seems quite low to me, as 4 years ago the same place leased for $1200/acre. Does anyone know if any better offers have been made in the area?
