We were contacted yesterday by a land man with RK Pinson and Associates interested in leasing our minerals in Custer County 36-13-18. His offer was only $200/acre with a 3/16, 3 yr term. This seems quite low to me, as 4 years ago the same place lease for $1200/ac. Does anyone know if any better offers have been made in the area.
