I have received an offer lease. Have interest in Dewey Co., Twn 19 N R19 N Secs 31 and 32. Offer is $600.00 per acre and 3/16 royalty with 3 year lease. Sent copy of lease from Mike Tibbets evidently representing Central Midland Exploration. Is this reasonable and is anything going on the immediate area. Any information will be appreciated. I have a letter from Mike Tibbets for $300 and 3/16. This is for small pieces in Section 31. 19 N.
