Received a call from R and R Exploration asking what we would want to lease one of our places. Anyone ever heard of these guys? I can’t find a whole lot of info on them at all?
I’ve gotten offers from them to BUY mineral rights but never a lease offer. If they are the same people, they are in Denton.
They were asking about a 3 year lease on this one. We have not named a price yet as we wanted to do some research first. Seem to be a very small company.
