I’ve gotten a lease offer from TS Dudley Land Company on behalf of Continental Resources. Offer of $750.00 per acre, 3/16 royalty, 3-year term, for Caddo 22-9N-10W. Has anyone dealt with them? Sorry if this was posted before. I’m pretty new at this. All replies are appreciated!

$750.00, 3/16 royalty, and 3 year term has a 2 year option? You didn’t mention any 2 year option so I am
curious since my offer from a different company has the same but with the 2 year option. Thanks.
TS Dudley is usually working as an agent for an Operator.
I personally will not take a 2-year option unless there is a very good reason to do so. I won’t say never, but I have not yet done so. It gives the operator extra cards in the poker game. They have way too many now.
