Finally resolved our affidavit of Heirship. Received the attached offer for the small interest in this section.
Thoughts Please?
Leasing is just starting in that section, so you may get more than one offer. I would think that offers would be for more than 1/8th. The others in that township started at 3/16ths and went up to 1/4. I would not lease at 1/8th.
