Paladin offered 1,600 at 1/5 for 3 years in sec 2 9N 10W. Jackfork topped out at 1,500. Paladin said jackfork is working for continental and they propose a multi section horizontal. Not sure who Paladin is leasing for but they said the proposal was a 2 section horizontal. They cautioned about the risks of a multi section. One being they might not place a wellhead in your section for some time? Not sure how it works though.
If you cannot get a good lease without post production charges, then you can wait for pooling and answer the order within the 20 calendar day time limit.
