I have been offered $1,000-3 year-1/5 for property at NE/4, Sec. 27-T13N-07W in Canadian County. It’s a small acre of land. I am leaning towards the royalty amount, but I think the bonus is too low. I read on this forum that there are pooling agreements with bonuses of 2,000+ in Canadian County. However, not sure if it is in my section.
They want the deep rights to a producing well, Funk 1H-27 (I know this from my royalty checks). I’m new to this so my apologies if this doesn’t make sense. But I think it may be too low an offer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
