I received a July 2026 lease offer from MRC Permian for Sections 32 and 33, Township 17 South, Range 37 East, Lea County: $500/NMA, three-year term plus three-year option, and 20% royalty. Has anyone received recent competing terms or been contacted by another landman in these sections?
You might try reaching out to Chase Lake at ACE Energy (469) 437-8816 to see if they would be able to improve on the lease offer, at least you may have another offer to compare. We worked with him in TS15 R35E which is not too far from yours.
