Yesterday I received an offer of $2,500 per acre for a 3 year lease, 3/16 royalty in Section 11-5N-7W Grady County. Does anybody know of any better offers in or around this section?
I see two new leases in 5N 7W, one on 4/18/17 and one on 4/06/17, the first for $1,000 and the other for $1,100, but I think you could get 0.20 royalty.
Hold out for 1/4 and a low bonus.
