Our family has a small interest in Section 279 south of Pecos with an offer of $1000 3yr, 1/4 and 2 yr option. Does anyone know what others in this Section (or nearby) are being offered? Also, who the operator and/or broker they are dealing with? Also, what are the actual prospects of drilling anytime soon? Any help and advice would be most appreciated.
