Our family has a small interest in sect 279 south of Pecos with an offer of $1000 3yr, 1/4 and 2 yr option. Does anyone know what others in this section (or nearby) are being offerred? Also, who the operator and/or broker they are dealing with? Also, what are the actual prospects of drilling anytime soon? Any help and advise would be most appreciated.
