Hello, I just received a lease offer for the above description for $400 an acre with 3/16ths royalty. Having not leased in Seminole in a long while I was wondering if that is a reasonable offer? Also, is there a website or some resource I can go to when I get offers to compare them to the going rates? Thank you.
