I got an offer from McLinn Land Services for $1,000 Bonus and 3/16th Royalty. Has anyone else had any offers in Section 27?

Hi Jim,

My extended family and I co-own the mineral rights to Section 27, Township 9N, Range 10W. We have signed with TS Dudley in January 2014. Looks like there’s a lot of interest in our area. Hope they start soon, and find some gas/oil.

I just signed a 3-year lease with Devon Energy. I own mineral rights to 33 acres in 26-7N-11W. This area is pretty active right now. They are actively leasing. I was able to negotiate a very good deal.

I own a 1/2 interest in the 115 acres of the NW Quarter lying West of RR ROW of Section 27, Township 7N, Range 10W. The other half was owned by Johnny Beeler and was previously leased out in 2005. Is that the tract you leased out in Jan. 2014?

Sorry for the confusion - I just realized your minerals are not in the same Township as me.

Okay. I need to look into the acreage my family owns. I’ve never been to OK. All I know is what my Dad wrote up for us, plus the deeds. Hope we all strike it rich!
