I just received a lease offer from C.W Lake & Assoc. Lease offer: 3yr paid up w/1/5th Royalty and $250 per net mineral acre bonus. Situated in the SE corner of Survey 63, A-42, of the "La Campana" Ranch in McMullen Cty. Operator is Bluestone.
The bonus seems a little low. Has anybody received an offer or heard of an offer in this area?
