Have a lease offer in Section 27 of 18S/31E and wondering what offers people are seeing in the area. Only offered $750/acre, so I’m thinking we can do much better. Thx for your thoughts
IMO that’s probably not very good. Might want to call Mewbourne or somebody and ask them.
