Has anybody had an offer to lease in 22-17-20? If so what were the terms? I had an offer of $800/ac,3/16, and 3yr or 500/ac, 1/5 and 3yr.
Pooling are the only public data. Sec 17 pooled in 2018 for $1550 3/16 at 3/16th and $1500 at 1/5th. Sec 28 is pending. Unless the geology changes a lot in three miles, your offer sounds low.
