I received a lease offer that stated I have 166 net mineral average. The Landman states that I would rd dive bonus AFTER the title is run to confirm average. Are they not supposed to run that prior?
The bonus money should be paid when you exchange the lease. We ask for a check at signing, and do not accept a draft .
