I just got a small lease offer from JBLS Montana, Inc./Monkota Petroleum Corporation. Has anyone ever heard of these two companies and, if so, what are the reputations? There are a number of things I don’t like about the offer, but my primary concern is with whom I am dealing. Thanks much.
