What are the royalty interest and bonus being offered for Section 21-12N-14W in Custer County, Oklahoma?
Not sure about Section 21… but the current offer in Section 15 of the same Township and Range in Custer County is $1,200 per net mineral acre, 3/16ths royalty for a 3-year lease and 2-year renewal option at $1,200 also.
