Howdy, new to this board and forums. We have minerals in Adams County, Mississippi and surrounding counties/parishes in Louisiana. Recently received lease offer from Santo Pet. of Artesia, New Mexico on a 150 acre tract in Section 30, 31, & 44 Township 6N-Range 2W in Adams County. Does anyone have knowledge/information about this company, this offer or any advice? The lease is a 2-year term with 2-year extension “limited Wilcox formation to 100’ below.”
Also, at this point I would appreciate it if someone could give me some good verbiage to use in a “Most Favored Nations Clause.” Thanks a bunch!
