I’m having a hard time getting info about a lease agreement signed in 2015. All they say is we have no wells in Oklahoma, yet there is a lease agreement signed and all the paperwork I need to know what it yielded. Can anyone help me? Frustrated.
Welcome to the forum. It is possible to have a lease, but no drilling has occurred yet. The lease has a primary term (usually three years) that allows drilling, but does not require drilling (unless the lease specifically demands it-very rare).
