I have 180 acres coming up for lease soon, just wondering what the going rate is currently? The land is located in section 5 block 36 T-4N in dawson county Texas
My family has Dawson mineral rights acres south 1/2 (S/2) of section 22, block 36, Township 5 North CGS had leased it until August 1st but we have not heard from them and I cannot reach them.
I have several leases with CGS and was expecting one more and was told by the CGS landman that they were no longer leasing in Dawson County because they needed drilling to catch up with all the recent 3 year leases and that recent drilling was not what they had anticipated and that CGS was now focusing on leases in counties in the southern part of Texas.
