Ken, for what it's worth I recently received an offer of $2,500 per acre, 3 year, 3/16 in Sec 11-5N-7W about 3 miles Northeast of you. It was from Lowry Land in OKC on behalf of Continental Resources. Have you received any offers?
No specific offers, but an inquiry as to me wanting to lease from United Energy.
I also have minerals in 5-5-7 and 10-4-8 and 18-4-7, Any information about these locations would be greatly appreciated...Hard to get info here in Houston. Thanks I did get an offer of $1750. for 34-6-7
