I have not had a lease offer in Texas for several years. Can anyone please provide advice on what is a good royalty interest and bonus in Lynn County TX .Block 8 section 7, NE/4 ? This is 1/2 way between Lubbock and Midland. The offer I received was 1/6th & $75/nma. Based on other TX posts this seems low. . Thanks! Blake
