I have not had a lease offer in Texas for several years. Can anyone please provide advice on what is a good royalty interest and bonus in Lynn County, Texas, Block 8 Section 7, NE/4? This is halfway between Lubbock and Midland. The offer I received was 1/6th & $75/nma. Based on other TX posts this seems low. Thanks! Blake
There doesn’t seem to be anything going on in your area. You can always counter on royalty and bonus, but you might be in a take-what-you-can-get situation there.
