Shelby County. Just found out we had inherited a Lease years ago at death of FIL worded " Independent Executor’s Mineral Deed."
Tract One 50 acres of land (DTF Yordt Survey,A-831 and Georgia garcia Survey A-238).
And Tract Two ,wherever same may be located.
Do I need a Landman to figure this out?
Here are maps of the two abstracts. Note they are next to each other. So the tracts may overlap into each other. There should be more wording describing the two tracts. You may need to use www.Texasfile.com and search on the ancestor name to see if you can get better descriptions. They are just SE of Tenaha on the northern edge of the county.
