Just received a lease request for Section 33 and 34-Township 26N-Range 26W - Harper County. $102 bonus per acre, 3 yr, 3/16ths royalty. That seems low to me, but I don’t know what kind of activity is going on in that area. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
