I have request for approval of 8" salt water line across my land in Section 51. I have noted pricing of about $100 / rod. Is this correct or is salt water line a bigger liability? It is for about 180 rods and must work with existing well on lot and the access points that exist now. I have included wording for access notification and liability insurance. Need to know if other important items to keep everything clean (i.e., notification when line is not used to determine when abandoned). I have been told I am last one so am trying to complete as quick as possible.
I would ask for $20.00 per foot and have a strong right of way agreement.
