I have request for approval of 8" salt water line across my land in 51. I have noted pricing of about $100 / rod. If this correct or is salt water line a bigger liability? It is for about 180 rods and must work with existing well on lot and the access points that exist now. I have included wording for access notification and liability insurance. Need to know if other important items to keep every thing clean {ie notification when line is not used to determine when abandoned). I have been told I am last one so am trying to complete as quick as possible.
