Anyone know of any activity in this section of Caddo county?

I received a letter today from Turner Properties stating that Continental wants to extend my lease that expires at the end of next month. They last leased it for $300 per acre. What is the average rate now?

Earlier in the year, I received an offer to buy for $1550 per acre but do not want to sell,

Any information will be appreciated.

Dear Ms. Rainey,

Now is a prime time to not extend the lease. I so not extend leases as a matter of course. I WILL grant new leases, with better or different provisions and so forth.
