My family has a mineral lease that expires in March for Section 6 18N 15W. Is anyone leasing in this area. The 2014 lease was for much less than the one we had in 2011 so I want to be sure we get the best offer. We have always just accepted when we got an offer and wouldn't know how to go about getting the best offer anyway. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I did see a previous post about the Open lease auction site and I think I have even talked to Ryan before as we have quite a few minerals in Dewey county.
