I have minerals in Dimmit County, Texas for which the lease has just expired and the current lessee has said the right things but for which follow through has been slow to non existent.
This land is comprised of Abstracts 603, 149, 150, 151, 154 and 155 and gross acreage is a little over 2,000.
The current lessee has the signifcant majority in number of leases but I see that Crimson, CML and CSA Exploration have all taken leases.
I have previously worked with Charlie Atchison of CSA and have another lease with CML that was brokered by Atchison but I have no contacts within CML.
Can someone either post their best contact within CML or private message me with the same.
