Can anyone tell me the going rates for leases in Williams Co. 156n 101w sec 10 and 15. 240 net acres. What should one expect for royality %, and bonus per acre? Thanks for any help.

Looking at the NDIC GIS map, it appears that Liberty Resources LLC has two horizontals with laterals in both sections 10 and 15. The lease names are the Sylte 156-101-10-3-1H and Sylte 156-101-15-22-1H. Unless you have a pugh clause in your lease, your minerals would be held by production.
