Can anyone share current bonus offers per net mineral interest?
I’m looking at $8,500 3 year/25% RI initial offer. I feel like other offers have been closer to 5k per year, but looking for confirmation.
In late 2017 another member on this site told me he got $15,000 NMA on a 3 year/25% RI offer in Block 34 in a nearby section.
