Lease Bonus Offer

We just received an offer of $4,500 per acre for a 3 year lease, 25% royalty in Sec 9 Blk 72 from Jetta Permian. A previous lease on this acreage with Cimerax expired in late 2016. Would appreciate any information on what is happening in this area and competitive lease rates.

In Reeves County we also have acreage: Sec 20 Blk 50 in production with OXY, Sec 20 Blk 54 no production but leased to Edge Resouces, Sec 15 Blk C-10 no production but leased to Clayton Williams and Sec 17 Blk C-10 no production but leased to Clayton Williams.

Thanks, right now the other parcels in Reeves County are in production or have leases that run to 2019. We also have interests in the following Counties in Texas: Andrews, Ector, Gaines Glasscock, Gray Howard, Midland, Mitchell, Stephens Ward. Winkler and Yoakum.
