Received a lease bonus offer(250) on 50 net mineral acres I own for 7S-10e-21. I didn’t realize there was activity there.
Quite a bit of leasing in the SW sections of that township. Bingo and WSR Holdings seem to be the main agents in the last 24 months.
I don’t see any OCC cases or permits yet. WSR has several cases to the west in 7S-9E and 7S-8E

If your name and address are properly filed in the Bryan County courthouse with a description of your mineral acres, the landmen will find you if your acres are where they have been told to lease.
Thank you! It has not yet as this is fairly recent. I wanted to be proactive. OK County Records has several agents in Bryan Co. WSR Holding, Freedom Oil and Gas, Savannah Resources, and Bingo. These companies aren’t easily searched by googling, unfortunately.
If you have an account with okcountyrecords.com you can go into the advanced search and look in Bryan county, type in a company name find a recent lease and the first page of the lease will have their address.
